Welcome to our Physics Tips Daily - a newsletter on insider's tips and tricks in how to study physics smartly. Each day, you will receive an article and/or a visual tutorial on how to survive and excel in physics.
Today's topic is on speaking the language of physics through mathematics.
The number one complaint about physics is the involvement of mathematics. It is the most common roadblock to success for students in physics. At the high school level, success in physics requires competence in geometry, algebra, and trigonometry. Additionally, for certain high school or college courses calculus is needed too.
Aside from simply taking the needed mathematics courses, you must internalize the key concepts so that you can understand and use them toward your study of physics.
Instead of being an obstacle, mathematics can be your friend. Learn to use math to explain and symbolize ideas in physics. You will become a pro at no time.
Today's tip: Use math to express physics ideas.
That should do it for today! Let's master physics the EASY way! "See" you tomorrow.
Meanwhile, Seize the Day!
